All hail me, newly-crowned Master of the Universe. I have overcome insurmountable odds, oddly in the from of work and energy equations flashed at me with incredible velocity as time came to a virtual standstill. I have just attained the unattainable, conquered the unconquerable, won the unwonable, trounced the untrounceable, trophied the, well you get the idea. No one believed that I would make it, everyone said, "You'll never make it," "Who wants in on this pool?" or they erupted into violent, hysterical, hernia-inducing laughter when I told them my plan. This herculean endeveavor took incredible energy and effort, and as could be expect, incredibly tired and exhausted following my quest.
Everything was against me, the history or my past attempts to conquer the challenge, the darkened enviroment, the challenging intermediate tasks, and even the images around me: the house had all the cards. Though the oppressor, the one administering the challenge, was back from his own bout with pain from shingles and provided an easier challenge, easier is all relative. In a hostile enviroment, one which I had encountered previously, I conquered the biggest challenge I expect to meet in this semester. In a darkened room, where I couldn't view the challenge effectively, and yet, I could view the challenge better. Information was bombarding me, facts that should help me, but in fact, were the leading factor behind the challenge.
In the darkened room where ENGR 116 was held, where the Powerpoint shined, where the professor appeared dimly for the first time in weeks, and where the information hit with such a force, its magnitude could only be found via that information, I went through a 50 minute Physics 152 lecture without falling asleep.
